Data is collected from meters via data loggers and can be viewed on a site's own network or transmitted to our web-based platform, Energy Effects.

The billing meter measures total electricity into the building, used to produce your bill, but doesn't break down consumption.
Secondary meters sit on your side of the supplier's meter, letting you measure the areas of consumption that matter, such as power and lighting per floor.
Secondary meters let you analyse energy usage in detail, for example how much is spent on lighting per floor or across each floor.
By assigning meters to each tenant, you can produce figures so each tenant is billed according to their individual energy consumption.
